Job Title: KS1 Classroom Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in the classroom? We're working with a vibrant and welcoming primary school who are looking to appoint a dedicated KS1 Classroom Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working with children in an educational setting or for a recent graduate considering a career in teaching.
The Role:- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons to KS1 pupils.
- Working one-to-one or in small groups with children who need extra support.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and classroom displays.
- Providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to classroom support.
