Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real impact in the classroom? We're currently working with a few Outstanding Ofsted-rated primary schools across East London, and we're looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our day-to-day supply team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly while gaining experience in some of the best primary school settings in the area.
About the Role:As a Day-to-Day Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting teachers and pupils across Early Years, KS1, and KS2. You'll work in a variety of welcoming and inclusive schools, known for its high standards, excellent leadership, and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:- Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need extra help
- Assisting with classroom resources, preparation, and general duties
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We're Looking For:- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
- A proactive, flexible, and dependable approach to work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in education and child development.
