About the Role- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
- Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs
- Assisting with classroom management and organisation
- Helping pupils stay focused, motivated, and on task
- Supporting with literacy, numeracy, and learning through play
- Creating a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
What Weâ??re Looking For- Previous experience working with children.
- A passion for education and supporting pupils of all abilities
- Friendly, reliable, and flexible attitude
- Able to work well as part of a team and take initiative
