Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives? A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Enfield is seeking a committed and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join their supportive pastoral team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them overcome barriers to learning, improve behaviour, and achieve their full potential. • Support the implementation of behaviour strategies and personalised plans
  • Monitor and record student progress, feeding back to staff and parents/carers
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging school environment

  • Experience working with young people in a school or youth work setting (paid or voluntary)
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
