Key Responsibilities:- Provide dedicated pastoral care and support to students in the designated year group.
- Monitor the academic progress, behaviour, and overall well-being of the cohort.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address issues affecting students' education and well-being.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and promote a positive learning environment.
- Organise year group activities, assemblies, and events to support students' social and emotional development.
- Serve as a key point of contact for students, parents, and staff, offering guidance and resolving concerns.
What We're Looking For:- Experience in a pastoral role, preferably within a secondary school environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
