We're working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is more than a classroom role it's about being a consistent, caring presence for children who need someone to believe in them every single day.
The Role:- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with a range of additional needs, including behaviour, anxiety, communication difficulties, and emotional regulation.
- Support children across KS1 and KS2, helping them feel focused, safe, and included in the classroom.
- Use creative, flexible strategies tailored to each child's individual needs.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCO to review and adapt support strategies.
- Be a calm, kind, and reliable presence especially on the tougher days.
What We're Looking For:- Experience supporting children with SEND, ideally within a school environment.
