A supportive and inclusive secondary school in Westminster, West London is seeking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated student support team, on a full-time, long-term basis through to the end of the academic year.
 
This opportunity is well suited to someone who is passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and who is keen to play an active role in a school that combines high expectations with a nurturing and inclusive ethos.
 
The role offers a daily rate of up to £110, depending on experience.
 
The Role:
  • Provide focused 1:1 and small-group support to students across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Work alongside classroom teachers to help adapt learning activities and ensure lessons are accessible for all learners
  • Collaborate closely with the SENCO and inclusion team to deliver and review individual support plans
  • Promote independence, confidence, and positive attitudes towards learning
  • Contribute to a calm, structured, and supportive classroom environment
