About the Role:
Horizon Teachers is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive provision within a Primary School in Ealing, working 1:1 with a pupil in KS1.

This is a long-term role until the end of the academic year, with the potential to progress into a permanent position.

The successful candidate will help the pupil to engage with learning, build confidence, maintain positive behaviour and achieve their personal targets.

The ideal candidate will:
· Have experience working with children with SEN
· Be patient, caring, and committed to helping children reach their potential
· Be able to support learning both 1:1 and in small groups
· Have experience supporting children with challenging behaviour
· Have good communication and teamwork skills
· Be reliable, enthusiastic, and positive in their approach
