About the School
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive primary school located in the London Borough of Hillingdon. We pride ourselves on creating an engaging environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
We have a strong focus on high-quality teaching, pupil wellbeing and community engagement. Our team works collaboratively to ensure that all children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and provide targeted support
  • Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of learning materials
  • Help create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
  • Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring they can fully access the curriculum
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to the class teacher where appropriate
About You
  • Is enthusiastic about supporting children’s learning and development
  • Has experience working with children in a school or similar setting
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • Works well as part of a team and can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
