A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Hackney, East London is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join its well-established inclusion team.
 
This full-time, long-term role offers an excellent opportunity to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping to create a nurturing and positive learning environment where every young person is encouraged to achieve their potential.
 
The role offers a daily rate of up to £110, dependent on experience.
 
About the Role:
• Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to students across a variety of subjects and year groups
• Work in partnership with teaching staff to ensure lessons are engaging, inclusive, and accessible to all learners
• Support the SENCO and wider inclusion team in delivering personalised strategies and monitoring student progress
• Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence both in the classroom and across the wider school
