The Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide targeted support, helping children achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences for SEN pupils.
- Support individual and small groups of students with their learning and personal development.
- Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and record pupil progress, feeding back to the teacher to inform planning.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social skills in all pupils.
What We’re Looking For:- Experience working with children, preferably in a school or SEN setting.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
