A supportive and progressive secondary school in Southwark, South-East London is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join its established and growing inclusion team.
This full-time, long-term role offers a brilliant opportunity to work closely with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping to build a nurturing, inclusive environment where every learner is supported to achieve their full potential.
The position offers a daily rate of up to £110, depending on experience.
About the Role:- Provide focused 1:1 and small-group support across a range of subjects and key stages
- Support class teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons for all learners
- Work closely with the SENCO and wider inclusion team to implement individual support plans and track student progress
- Promote confidence, independence, and positive behaviour within the classroom
