This full-time, long-term role offers a rewarding opportunity to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every young person is supported to achieve their potential.
The position offers a daily rate of up to £110, depending on experience.
About the Role:- Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support across a range of subjects and year groups
- Work closely with teachers to ensure lessons are accessible, engaging, and inclusive
- Support the SENCO and inclusion team in delivering individual support plans and tracking student progress
- Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour for learning
