The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:- Support pupils in class, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils’ academic progress, confidence, and social development
- Be an active and valued member of the school team
We Are Looking For:- Previous experience working with children
- A patient, proactive, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
