Your Role:- Support the class teacher with lesson delivery, classroom management, and group activities.
- Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning, particularly in reading, phonics, English, and Maths.
- Help prepare learning resources and assist with classroom displays and marking.
- Provide tailored support for pupils with SEND, adapting materials and offering 1:1 support where needed.
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation using calm, consistent strategies.
- Foster confidence and independence in pupils through encouragement and praise.
- Monitor pupil progress and communicate observations with teaching staff.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
