A large, forward-thinking secondary school in Ealing, rated â??Goodâ?? by Ofsted, is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students across all year groups (Years 7â??11), including those with SEND and varied learning needs.
The Role:
- Support students with SEND in the classroom, on a 1:1 and small group basis.
- Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to implement learning plans and strategies.
- Work across a range of subjects and year groups, adapting support to meet individual student needs.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children or young people with SEND (in a school, tutoring, or care setting).
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach to learning support.
- Able to commit full-time (Monâ??Fri) for the full academic year.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people to thrive.
