We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated
Teaching Assistant to join our team and support the learning and development of children across the school. You will work alongside teachers and other staff to help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key responsibilities include:- Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis.
- Helping children to access the curriculum and develop confidence, independence, and resilience.
- Assisting teachers in preparing resources and managing classroom activities.
- Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding the welfare of all pupils.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support childrenâ??s learning.
What Weâ??re Looking For- Experience working with children in a school setting (desirable but not essential).
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Willingness to learn and undertake training as required.
