Role and Responsibilities- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons
- Work with the support staff within in the class and understand individual education plans for pupils with additional needs
- Teach using pre-prepared planning, putting your own spin on it
- Keeping track of progress and sharing constructive feedback with class teachers and SLT
Requirements- Relevant Teaching Qualifications
- Strong behaviour management.
- Experienced working across a range of year groups and happy to be flexible.
- Proven experience teaching in a Primary school.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for creative and innovative teaching methods
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
