Key Responsibilities- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Work with individuals and small groups to support progress and reinforce learning
- Assist in preparing classroom resources and learning activities
- Provide support for pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusion for all
- Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a calm learning environment
- Supervise pupils during break times and school activities as required
- Support assessment and record-keeping where appropriate
About You- A positive, enthusiastic, and patient individual with a passion for working with children
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A commitment to supporting pupils’ educational and emotional development
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
- A flexible, proactive approach and willingness to use initiative
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
