A well-regarded and professional education provider in Richmond upon Thames, South-West London is seeking a detail-focused Examinations Officer to support the smooth running of its examination and assessment processes during a busy exam period.
This full-time role will run from 1st May to 25th June, providing an excellent opportunity for an organised and reliable administrator to play a key role in supporting students and staff during a critical time in the academic calendar. The school works with the CIE, AQA and Pearson exam boards.
The position offers a competitive day rate of £95 - £110.
About the Role:- Support the Exams Coordinator and senior staff with the day-to-day administration of examinations
- Manage exam timetables, student registrations, and seating plans across CIE, AQA and Pearson
- Prepare, receive, store, and distribute confidential exam materials securely
- Coordinate invigilation arrangements and ensure exam rooms run smoothly
- Maintain accurate records of entries, attendance, and results
- Provide wider support to the student registry during peak periods

- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with staff, students, and external exam boards
- A calm, reliable, and professional approach, especially under pressure
- Good IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
