Role: Classroom Assistant
Pay rate: up to £650 per week

Horizon Teachers are in partnership with an inner London primary school in Harrow who are seeking to appoint a classroom assistant to work within a rich and dynamic school environment set in extensive school grounds providing great opportunities for outdoor learning.
The school provide inspiring environments that nurture social, emotional, spiritual and educational growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the class teacher.
• Assist with extra-curricular activities such as games, clubs and societies.
• Offer small group and 1:1 support session at break times.
• Provide support for specific pupils inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully access the curriculum and participate in activities through developing independence and self confidence.
• Assist with the development of support materials.
