A warm and academically focused school in Kensington and Chelsea, West London, is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Part-Time Classics Teacher to join its team from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Classics specialist with teaching experience who is looking for a flexible role within an informal, supportive learning environment. The position is offered on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week), with a competitive hourly rate of £30–£45, depending on experience.

About the Role:
• Deliver high-quality A Level Classics lessons that inspire curiosity and academic excellence
• Plan and teach engaging, well-structured sessions tailored to small groups or individual learners
• Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment that encourages discussion, confidence, and independent thinking
• Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to support achievement
• Contribute positively to the wider academic culture of the school

What the School is Looking For:
• Proven experience teaching A Level Classics (A-Level experience is desirable)
• A strong academic background, ideally with a Russell Group degree and/or MA
• A confident and engaging classroom presence with a passion for Classics
• The ability to work effectively within a relaxed yet high-expectations learning environment
• A professional, reliable, and student-focused approach
