Horizon Teachers are working with a Primary school assisting in their search for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis from as soon as possible until July 2026. Your responsibilities will include:- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Providing 1:1 and small group interventions
- Supporting children with varying learning needs
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting with classroom preparation and displays
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who:- Is considering teacher training in the future
- Has experience in EYFS or KS1
- Has supported children with SEND
- Is passionate about early literacy and phonics
