We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Wandsworth. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with Special Educational Needs, supporting them academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs
- Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets
- Support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language, and SEMH
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress
- Adapt learning materials to meet individual learning needs
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
- Support pupils during break and lunchtime where required
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
About You- Experience supporting children with SEN (school-based experience preferred)
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential for candidates with strong experience
