We are working with a Central London Alternative Provision on an exclusive basis, to help them find an outstanding Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This Academy has recently been judged as Good by Ofsted!
The role includes assisting learners who have been excluded from mainstream school. If you have a successful track record in making a positive impact in a similar setting, this role is for you!
Relevant certifications or training in behaviours management is desirable but not mandatory.
Main Tasks Are:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to improve student behaviour and social skills
Use and adapt behaviour strategies, monitoring progress over time
Help maintain a positive classroom environment and build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
