South West Primary Teaching Assistant 
We are a specialist education agency working in partnership with a highly regarded primary school in the London Borough of Wandsworth. Due to continued growth within their SEN provision, the school is seeking a confident and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-resourced, forward-thinking school with strong leadership, excellent behaviour policies, and a genuine commitment to inclusion.

As a TA, you will:
  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with SEN
  • Support children with ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, and SEMH
  • Deliver targeted interventions and small group sessions
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
  • Foster a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous school-based TA experience
  • Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN
  • Calm, patient, and proactive approach
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Passion for supporting children’s academic and social development
