About The Role:
- Support children's learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Work 1:1, in small groups and within the classroom to help pupils thrive
- Assist with reading, phonics, maths, play-based learning and creative activities
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Help create a positive, nurturing environment where all children feel safe and confident
- Support pupils with additional needs, promoting inclusion and independence
- Contribute to the warm, community spirit that makes our school special
