About The Role:

  • Support children's learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 
  • Work 1:1, in small groups and within the classroom to help pupils thrive
  • Assist with reading, phonics, maths, play-based learning and creative activities
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff and families
  • Help create a positive, nurturing environment where all children feel safe and confident
  • Support pupils with additional needs, promoting inclusion and independence
  • Contribute to the warm, community spirit that makes our school special
