This full-time, long-term role is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), contributing to an inclusive and nurturing school where every young person is encouraged to achieve their best.
The position offers a daily rate of up to £110, depending on experience.
About the Role:- Deliver personalised 1:1 and small-group support across a range of subjects and year levels
- Support teachers in creating engaging, accessible lessons that meet diverse learner needs
- Work in partnership with the SENCO and wider support team to implement tailored intervention strategies
- Promote positive behaviour, independence, and academic resilience in students
