Role responsibilities:- Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day learning activities in Reception
- Supporting children with early literacy, phonics, numeracy and play-based learning
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support where needed
- Helping maintain a safe, positive and engaging classroom environment
- Encouraging independence, social skills and emotional development
What weâ??re looking for:- Experience working with Early Years or young primary-aged pupils
- A patient, caring and creative approach
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Someone reliable, proactive and passionate about child development
