Horizon Teachers are working with a Primary school based in Croydon, assisting in their search for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils in and out of the classroom. You will support children on a 1:1 basis across Key Stage 1 and 2, as well working with children in small groups. If you are proactive, energetic and seeking a new challenge, this is the role for you!
What do the school require from you?- Experience in either EYFS, SEND or Primary settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Confident and able to use your initiative.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
- Knowledge of relevant safeguarding policies and procedures.
