Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, both inside and outside the classroom
- Assist with behaviour management and provide academic guidance across all subject areas
- Take a proactive approach in lessons, adapting your support to meet each childâ??s individual needs
- Deliver focused 1:1 or small-group support for lower-ability students across core subjects
- Support teachers with essential daily tasks, including preparing resources, creating displays, and light marking
