Horizon Teachers is actively seeking a 6th Form progress and Welfare Officer for a secondary school in South East London on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will be open to covering a variety of subjects to students between the year groups of 7-11.

They are a secondary and 6th form school who pay an average of 5% above national scales including generous staff discount scheme. They are committed to investing into the ongoing development of staff and to providing further opportunities within teaching including training courses, expert subject advice and support for overall wellbeing.

The Role:

  • Supporting the head of 6th Form and the Senior Leadership team.
  • Work with a diverse range of students, forming important relationships with students.
  • Monitoring behaviour and attendance.
  • Support 6th form students both personally and academically.
