Horizon Teachers is actively seeking a 6th Form progress and Welfare Officer for a secondary school in South East London on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will be open to covering a variety of subjects to students between the year groups of 7-11.

The Role:- Supporting the head of 6th Form and the Senior Leadership team.
- Work with a diverse range of students, forming important relationships with students.
- Monitoring behaviour and attendance.
- Support 6th form students both personally and academically.
