Premises Assistant

This role is to begin ASAP however the school are happy for applicants to serve a notice period, the role is guaranteed to run until July 2020, and has a very strong possibility of becoming permanent. The duties of this role are: • Support the general upkeep, maintenance and operational status of the school, classrooms, offices etc.• Unlocking and Locking of the school • Call outs for any on site emergencies• Fire and Lockdown procedures• Health and Safety reports of the school • Ability to recommend improvements to the school • Landscaping • Parcel collection delivery Applicants ideally will have previous experience as a school site manager, assistant, caretaker etc. Other suitable experience in a site management/maintenance aspect, essentially applicants must be able to confidently complete each of the above points and will ideally have experience of completing health and safety reports in a school setting.
