Hi! I’m Ross and currently work as a Payroll and Finance Officer, working directly with all teams within Horizon Teachers.

I have been working in payroll for recruitment companies in London since 2019, and I joined the team at Horizon Teachers in 2022.

My main responsibility is the day-to-day operating of the payroll, and ensuring our staff are paid accurately and on time. I work closely with Chris as the Operations and Finance manager, and together we strive to give all our staff the best opportunity we can to better their development.

I am very passionate about working in this sector and I feel privileged to work alongside and be a part of a team focused on bettering the education sector across London.
