About the RoleA highly regarded and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term position supporting pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils access the curriculum and achieve their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs
- Assist in delivering EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Encourage engagement and independence within the classroom
- Work alongside teaching staff and external professionals
- Track progress and provide regular feedback
