About the RoleA highly regarded and inclusive primary school in Barnet is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role will involve supporting pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
You will be working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, ensuring all pupils can access learning and make meaningful progress.

Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs
- Assist with the delivery of EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Encourage engagement and participation in lessons
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO, and external professionals
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
About You- Previous experience supporting children with SEN

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
