The Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and emotionally.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN
- Work closely with experienced teachers and SEN specialists
- Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs
- Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement
- Be a positive, consistent presence in a child’s school day
