The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement tailored learning strategies
• Foster a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment
• Support emotional regulation and social development
• Help adapt learning materials to meet individual needs

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children with SEN 
• Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
• Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
• Is proactive, adaptable, and committed to inclusion
• Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
