The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement tailored learning strategies
- Foster a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment
- Support emotional regulation and social development
- Help adapt learning materials to meet individual needs
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children with SEN
- Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
- Is proactive, adaptable, and committed to inclusion
- Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
