SEN Teaching Assistant Are you a passionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a child’s life?
We are partnering with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow that is seeking a committed SEN TA to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and play a key role in their academic and personal development.
The Role:- Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored and inclusive lessons
- Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development
- Implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies
- Creating a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:- Experience working with children with SEN
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Graduates in Psychology, Education, or related fields are highly desirable
