SEN Teaching Assistant A friendly and inclusive primary school in Brent is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a real impact in the classroom.
The Role:- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
- Supporting children with autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs
- Helping to implement EHCPs and tailored learning strategies
- Promoting a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:- Previous experience working with children with SEN
- A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
