EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Work with individuals and small groups of children to develop their communication, language, social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills.
- Observe children's progress and provide feedback to the class teacher to support assessment and planning.
- Promote positive behaviour and model high expectations in line with the school's behaviour policy.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, following safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times.
- Support children with a range of developmental needs, ensuring every child is fully included and able to reach their potential.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, parents and carers to support children's learning and development.

- Has experience working with children within an EYFS or primary school setting.
- Has a warm, patient and nurturing approach to supporting young children.
- Is passionate about child development and helping children achieve their full potential.
- Understands the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and child-centred learning.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is proactive, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
