We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and dependable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-established 2-form entry primary school in Hackney.
This is a long-term opportunity to support pupils with additional needs, working closely with experienced teachers and a highly effective SENCO. The role will involve a mix of 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils access the curriculum and develop both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide targeted support for pupils with SEN
- Work alongside the class teacher to adapt learning and resources
- Support with behaviour management and emotional regulation
- Deliver structured interventions where required
- Track pupil progress and provide feedback to staff
Requirements:- Previous experience working with children or young people
- A calm, consistent, and patient approach
- Ability to follow guidance and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- SEN experience is desirable
