About the Role
We is working with a well-regarded primary school in Ealing to recruit a reliable and committed SEN Teaching Assistant.
You will be supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them access learning and stay engaged in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide targeted support for pupils with SEN 
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support
  • Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
  • Support pupils’ academic progress and social development
  • Help maintain a structured and positive learning environment
Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people 
  • Calm, patient, and consistent approach
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Understanding of SEN is beneficial but not essential
