We are proud to be working in partnership with a warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Barking and Dagenham. The school is seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and support pupils with Special Educational Needs.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies
- Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
- Support pupils’ emotional regulation and social development
- Encourage independence while offering consistent guidance and reassurance
We’re looking for individuals who:- Have experience working with children with SEN

- Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
