We are proud to be working in partnership with a warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Barking and Dagenham. The school is seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and support pupils with Special Educational Needs.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies
  • Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
  • Support pupils’ emotional regulation and social development
  • Encourage independence while offering consistent guidance and reassurance
