Role: Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Pay: £515 – £550 per week

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Hounslow from September 2026. This is a full-time position, ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to make a positive impact in education.
The Role:- Supporting pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
- Encouraging pupil participation, confidence, and academic progress
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:- A positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- A genuine interest in education and child development
