Location: Tower Hamlets, East London
Pay: £95–£130 per day (depending on experience)

Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across the classroom, both individually and in small groups
- Assist children with SEND and additional learning needs
- Encourage engagement, participation, and confidence in learning
- Support the delivery of tailored interventions and learning activities
- Foster positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people in a school, childcare, mentoring, or care setting
- A calm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on children's education
- Knowledge or experience of SEND is beneficial but not essential
