Pay: £95–£130 per day (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Barnet.

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assist children with additional learning needs, including SEND
• Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support pupil progress
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and social development
• Support behaviour management strategies where required

 
The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, care, or support setting
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
• Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable but not essential
