Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:30am to 4:00pm)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a positive impact on the educational journey of our pupils.
Main Responsibilities and Duties- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials.
- Provide support for pupils with additional learning needs, where required.
- Encourage positive behaviour and help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Support children during classroom activities, educational visits, and school events.
- Assist with the development of pupils' social, emotional, and communication skills.
- Promote safeguarding and welfare standards in line with school policies.
- Help maintain a well-organised and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
- Undertake administrative tasks as directed by the class teacher or senior leadership team.
