We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join this exceptional setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs, helping to remove barriers to learning and ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement personalised learning strategies
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs and promote engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:- Have experience supporting children with SEN
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to making a difference
- Work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative
- Show a genuine passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
