We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join this exceptional setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs, helping to remove barriers to learning and ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement personalised learning strategies
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
  • Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs and promote engagement
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Have experience supporting children with SEN 
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to making a difference
  • Work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative
  • Show a genuine passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
