The Role:- Support pupils in KS1 or KS2 within the classroom and in small intervention groups
- Provide tailored support for children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCO to implement support strategies
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate:- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a primary school
- Strong understanding of SEN support strategies
- A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
